You can permanently delete your Yoink account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what gets removed.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

1. Open Yoink and tap the profile icon (top-right) to open Account.
2. Scroll to Delete account.
3. Confirm Delete everything.

Your account and data are removed immediately and the action cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email [email protected] from the email address on your account (or include it in the message) with the subject “Delete my Yoink account.” We'll verify and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• All saved stickers and uploaded/processed images
• Your sticker vault and order history
• Your shipping address and profile details
• Any active subscription is cancelled (you won't be billed again)

What may be retained

For completed orders, we and our payment processor (Stripe) may retain limited transaction and tax records as required by law (typically up to 7 years). These records are kept only for legal and accounting compliance and are not used to identify or contact you for any other purpose. Orders already in production at the time of deletion will still ship.
